I had a pedicure and gel polish today. It wasn’t with Amy as it said on my booking, but another girl who did not tell me her name. Unfortunately she cut my foot badly during the treatment. Nothing was said, no apology, no discount. I know these things can happen but I felt she was being very rough and went over the same area too many times. The cut is deep and now I can’t put weight on that foot! Massive inconvenience and really disappointing customer service today.
