Not impressed with the customer service. I was charged an extra £15 on top of the £40 already paid which seems excessive. I understand that I wanted a design more complex than the nail art option I already paid for but why not tell me it would be that much extra when I showed the picture rather than when they were already done? Seems quite cheeky and I definitely won’t be going back, hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
