My hair looked nice when I walked out, but once the blow dry’s effects began to wear off, I noticed my hair is quite uneven and not the style I requested which included layers- looks more like a choppy straight cut

Overall, I am pleased with the blow dry but the service was poor. No hello at the desk. Not offered a drink and staff were quite rude about hair quality
