The salon was busy but I didnt have to wait at all. All staff and customers were wearing masks which was reassuring. Maya was quite friendly, not very chatty but I prefer that really. She did say a couple of uncomfortable things e.g. you don't use straighteners so why is your hair so dry? Bit rude but maybe it came across wrong. Also my hair wasn't really cut how we discussed and is a little wonky to be honest. She had so many good reviews so maybe a bad day? A shame!

Gregory was so lovely, having not had a haircut in about 2 years he made me feel so comfortable, listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job on managing my thick long hair. I left the salon feeling a million times better and having had an experience that wasn't rushed or silent was another reason I will return here again.

Very happy with my haircut last Friday, exactly how I wanted it. Maya did a very good job styling and cutting my hair she was careful and talented, she also has a nice personality. Thank you everyone
