First time at Inspiration hair and I’ll definitely be going back. They made me so welcome and Celeste was so lovely, we had a great chat whilst I was getting my hair done! She did such a good job on my hair, I had balayage and a hair cut and she was fab. She took her time and made sure it was perfect! I’m so happy with it and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again xxx

I was happy with my haircut, but not with tne overall experience I'm afraid. I had booked to have the top grade hair stylist to do my hair but after much faffing around, they tried to get a junior to cut my hair. I did express my disapproval of this, having already paid the top price on Treatwell, so in the end the correct stylist did my hair.
She also did a great job, so I was a happy and relieved customer.
However, the atmosphere in the salon seemed a bit tense. There appears to be around 3 juniors in there being trained and they did not come across as being very confident or happy for that matter. I think I had a lucky escape not having one of them need with my hair.
I would definitely return there but I would be afraid the same thing might happen again.

The cut is nice and the hairdresser was friendly and it was nice chatting with her. They were running a bit late but apologised about it too. The salon could be cleaner I think, there were some dusty furniture but the tools and everything were clean. Good value for the money though.

Very nice people - I paid for a junior stylist and had to have a senior stylist come and finish as it went a little wrong but it wasn't too much of a problem. The biggest issue was that we started late and finished late, so I was late for everything else that day, but over all very good value for money, and would definitely recommend :)
