I had booked to have the top grade hair stylist to do my hair but after much faffing around, they tried to get a junior to cut my hair. I did express my disapproval of this, having already paid the top price on Treatwell, so in the end the correct stylist did my hair.
She also did a great job, so I was a happy and relieved customer.
However, the atmosphere in the salon seemed a bit tense. There appears to be around 3 juniors in there being trained and they did not come across as being very confident or happy for that matter. I think I had a lucky escape not having one of them need with my hair.
I would definitely return there but I would be afraid the same thing might happen again.

The cut is nice and the hairdresser was friendly and it was nice chatting with her. They were running a bit late but apologised about it too. The salon could be cleaner I think, there were some dusty furniture but the tools and everything were clean. Good value for the money though.

Very nice people - I paid for a junior stylist and had to have a senior stylist come and finish as it went a little wrong but it wasn't too much of a problem. The biggest issue was that we started late and finished late, so I was late for everything else that day, but over all very good value for money, and would definitely recommend :)
