I’d definitely use Treatwell again, but the only issue was that because my hair is between short and medium, and because Olaplex was used, it ended up being considerably more money than I’d originally paid. Nonetheless, the service- and the finished hair- was great.

They didn’t see we scheduled an appointment on Treatwell and did not have the person we signed up for and we’re booked. They gave us our money back but we traveled over an hour to get there just to be told the couldn’t see us.

I could not let anybody else touch my locks...I have never in 6 years had a single badly cut strand of hair, my colour has always been amazing and the compliments my hair receives are numerous! Thank you Carolina, I haven't had the best of health luck over the last few years but my fabulous hair has always given me a boost!!
