Absolutely horrendous and traumatising experience. They completely ruined my hair. I had to leave with wet hair to avoid them damaging any further as they could not fix my hair after turning it orange. I had to find another salon to try and rectify the terrible mess they made. Even now my hair is ruined and will take a long time to recover. Never have I experienced such inadequate unprofessional hairdressing. Please avoid at all costs.

Staff were very nice and polite but the treatment itself is the worst shellac I’ve had done. I paid for the speedy shellac but it took over an hour, and still started chipping off only 24 hours later.

I was nervous going to a new place as I like my lash extensions particular way- delicate and giving a “cat eye” effect. After a precise application I was very happy as this was exactly what I received. Over a week has passed and eyelashes are still looking lovely and not too many have fallen out. I will definitely be back.

Glad to be able to have such a last minute appointment for my dry cut, but it felt very rushed - it took 15 minutes of the 30 minute appointment and there wasn’t anyone behind me in the queue.
When I got home I realised some parts of my hair had not been cut as there were some long straggly parts at the front, and I am not sure the back is fully straight.
I will probably go elsewhere to get it fixed.
