Quite possibly the worst haircut I've ever had in my life, the lady looked like she'd never cut hair before when she was doing it! My hair is so uneven and my layers look like a 4 year old has cut it. When I went to work the next day with my hair down some of my colleagues commented on how bad my hair was at the back which I hadn't realised. After they took pictures of it and showed it to me I almost cried! I now have to go and pay to have it fixed somewhere else! Avoid this place like the plague unless you like having huge chunks of your hair cut out by a woman who quite clearly has never had any training! I now know why this place is normally empty when I walk past it!

They people were very friendly and nice but the waxing was very unpleasant. It is 3 days since i have had it done and I am still swollen, sore, red and itchy. I get waxed regularly and have never had this extreme a reaction. I normally would not make a negative review, but I am doing so in the hope that the venue may consider the type of wax they use on such a sensitive area so future customer do have experience the discomfort I have these past few days.
