I arrived on time but the nail technician walked in 5 mins after the appointment was due to start and didn’t apologise or acknowledge the lateness. She then said she doesn’t do SNS nails, which is what I’d booked and paid for. She said the girl who does them doesn’t work that day - really poor planning from the salon.
The haircut was the worst of my life. Uneven, and looks like someone untrained did it. There is even a chunk of hair 2 inches long near my neck that shouldn’t have been cut! Awful

Front of house looks nothing like the pictures and a bit shabby. The receptionist and eyelash tech were friendly, but tech’s phone was beeping with mobile notifications the whole time and took 3 calls during my appointment! Took almost 3 hours for classic eyelashes. Am an eyelash extension novice but now I’ve been shopping around I think £70 is overpriced.

Luna is not the stylist but Lumda.She is very friendly and styled my and my daughter’s hair really nicely. She works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Would definitely come back!
