Luna was the one who did my facial it was amazing and relaxing my skin felt amazing! She was friendly and told me everything she was doing along the way

Manicure took ages and was ok, nail varnish lumpy in places and not left to dry long enogh. "Manager" (?) kept on standing looking on, talking over my head like I wasn't there. Not very welcoming atmosphere, I have been a few times now but never been offered a drink, whilst other customers have.
