I really like the manicure but the haircut turned out very bad. The guy didn’t even wash my hair and he cut one side too short. My bangs aren’t very pleasing either.

Hairdresser didn't listen and did totally wrong hair cut, how hard is 2 back and sides blended in on top. Zero blended look like I have a neston top of my head. Then I booked online they had no idea and washed my hairwhich presumed was part of the package only at the end to charge me extra and also for PPE £2.50 for a disposable mask. terrible experience
