Pleased with my HD Brows, however the only thing I found here was that there was not much interaction with the customer, I came in was told to sit on chair, had my treatment carried out, then told it was finished had a look in mirror and that was it. It was a bit awkward and uncomfortable. A little friendly chat or greeting upon arriving and leaving salon would make a difference.
Very professional, clean, tidy and good value. She explained the process throughout and never made me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

The salon was very clean and we'll tended to. On visiting, I wasn't immediately acknowledged so I sat down and waited 7 minutes. After being left alone for 7 minutes I approached the reception and made my presence known.
I then saw the therapist who was really lovely and patient. The facial was well done by her and would definitely visit again for this reason. The message was ok but I normally prefer more pressure to be applied to my massages.
Look forward to visiting again!
