It was the second time I ever had a hollywood waxing and surprisingly the pain was very little compared to the first. The staff was friendly as well as professional and they also managed to find me a space on the same day for an upper lip waxing which I hadn't preebook. I had troubles finding the venue at first and was running slightly late, so I called the reception and they gave me directions on the phone to help me getting to the place. Great value for money, no doubt about it! I just booked my second session with them.
