This was my first experience of hydrotherapy and a little bit daunting at first however Natasha was amazing, she put me at ease immediately. She explained everything clearly and is clearly passionate about her job. I was really pleased with the results, I lost nearly 3lbs of waste and it was all over in the space of 45 minutes. If you're feeling lethargic and lacking energy i would fully recommend hydro and if you want a good service at a great price then i'd definitely recommend Natasha at Inspire.
