This was my first bikini waxing and it went a lot better than I expected. I felt very comfortable with the therapist, naturally the procedure was painful but bearable (mind you it was my first) and now 5 hours after, the soreness is almost gone.

I have my nails done regularly at Inspire and they always do a great job. This time there was no receptionist to greet me when I arrived and it did have an impact on the visit, as I had some questions before my appt time and the other staff were busy with clients and unable to provide assistance or a welcome. A minor point but if they were short-staffed then perhaps the other staff could have a strategy to apologise for this? Nevertheless my nails look fab and I will return.

Natasha is amazing! I have had this treatment before at a different salon but found Natasha to be extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Salon is spotless and treatment was carried out to a professional standard. Will definitely be returning.
