I was asked to wait a little for my appointment which I had no problem doing. However, they offered a free manicure whilst I waited which I thought was excellent customer service. The wax was painless and quick, would definitely use again.
The ladies here really know what they are doing!
I normally go to Lisa but all the staff are nice, and have good experience with hair. My hair is type 4a and I struggle with getting a good blow dry and press, but this one last me weeks.
Lisa knows my hair and how to treat it, and she is really good with a pair of scissors. I struggled a long time to find someone who can do everything (treatments, colour, cutting hair, dealing with Afro hair). Would recommend to anyone who has Afro hair, they are brilliant and the price point is good too!
