Luca was fabulous - he ensured I was completely happy with everything he was going to do to my hair before he did it, was very friendly, and most importantly gave me a cut that I love. I've been to inspire beauty for other treatments in the past and have always been impressed, but this was my first haircut there - I can't see myself going anywhere else now. Highly recommended!

I usually see Sorina, who is fab and sadly wasn't available before my holiday so I saw another therapist. I felt they weren't quite experienced enough, or perhaps just not quite used to doing this regularly enough. I've never had to have my lashes unstuck from the lower pad so often and had issues with irritation afterwards which never normally happens for me. Also when I thought I had something in my eye, the therapist tried to look whilst holding the hand held fan in my eye. I had to stop her as I was uncomfortable. I also felt discomfort a number of times from her fingers putting too much pressure on my eye sockets while she was doing intricate bits in corners...so much so that I had to say something. The lashes look good so it's not all bad, but it was far less comfortable than it should be. I've been getting lash extensions for the last 8 years or so and I just didn't feel like this person was experienced enough. She was lovely and attentive in personality,maybe just needs more experience.
