manicure was great as usual, but beauty therapist was really sullen and unfriendly which is unusual for this salon!
This was my first time in this salon. The people were all super friendly. Got offered cola, wine, water, ... The booking experience was also very good, got a reminder by text from the salon.
I went in for SNS dipping powder, they only had 8 colours which was a bit dissappointing. I don’t think the lady knew very well how to apply SNS dipping powder. She kept touching the wet polish/powder and so had to file off and reapply the polish 3 times. In the end I don’t think there’s much left of the only 2 layers of powder she put on. She also spilled a lot on my fingertips and then pulled that off with the cuticle cutters which wasn’t pleasant. In the end I asked to put a topcoat layer of shellac on top to solidify.
I was told in the end that if I do get chips in the next couple of days because of this, I could go back in and get it fixed free of charge which I appreciate!
Very good customer service, so would go to the Salon again to get normal shellac but not for SNS anymore.
