I booked on Treatwell at 3:30, i had a missed call from a mobile at 3:40 what turns out to be the salon, calling me to tell me they couldn’t make 5pm after they had already taken my money. But could do 5:30 which wasn’t convenient for me. I requested a refund & was told they couldn’t provide this. When I asked why they didn’t leave me a voice note or text when they called to save my journey of coming into the salon and wasting my fuel and time ahead said she was too busy. Zero customer service.

My only slight criticism is that the water for hair washing was not consistent. Either too or or cold

The wax was too hot and the therapist did not change the sticks being used for the wax. I ended up having a reaction after the wax which was quite upsetting. The therapist also made it out it was a problem that I have thick hair - this is not something I can’t control

Dillu did my eyebrows well,I liked shape of eyebrows.Always welcoming.Dilu did my hair cut exactly what I showed in reference picture.
