I booked for ‘strip wax’ not ‘hot wax’, however the treatment had started when I said I didn’t book hot wax. I was persuaded that hot wax would be better as re growth would be longer, I agreed as she had started. I then had a face wax and the same was used, again I said I’d prefer the strips as that’s what I had, had before but she said the same and the hairs are removed more effectively. The bikini is ok however my face looks the same as when I went in, the treatment has not removed anything, all I’ve had is discomfort. The wax was also very hot so she kept having to blow on it!! Not happy.
