I booked for ‘strip wax’ not ‘hot wax’, however the treatment had started when I said I didn’t book hot wax. I was persuaded that hot wax would be better as re growth would be longer, I agreed as she had started. I then had a face wax and the same was used, again I said I’d prefer the strips as that’s what I had, had before but she said the same and the hairs are removed more effectively. The bikini is ok however my face looks the same as when I went in, the treatment has not removed anything, all I’ve had is discomfort. The wax was also very hot so she kept having to blow on it!! Not happy.

First time getting my wax done here and Rida took time to get all the hairs & was very thorough compared to other places I’ve been. Have rebooked again for next month ☺️
