To be honest I was a bit shocked by the results at the beginning but after she explained I realised she was right and she really done her best and it was actually nothing wrong . I have initially booked a toner but when I got there I've changed my mind and asked for roots retouch means ...hours of work and turned up just perfect !!!! I cannot be more happy now !!! Thank you D I'll be back xoxo

Went for a wash and blow dry with curls.
Wash was brilliant but the outcome of my hair was still quite flat and straight.
