Cut almost 6 inches of hair off without asking. Repeatedly made comments of broken hair, but when asked what products to do didn’t give any advice. Blunt cut and then extremely short layers, however hair is very fine so now incredibly thin. Awful haircut, and didn’t have balayage just highlights instead. Overall left devastated with the hair cut, luckily had this fixed and now have extensions to be back to my old hair length. Would not recommend
