Amazing clinic, but this particular time I left feeling unsatisfied with the treatment. I had previously researched a hydra-facial online, so I left feeling disappointed. I think in this case, the description could have been better articulated.

I never had the chance to get this treatment. When I showed up at the spa the therapist told me she tried to contact me to tell me that my appointment could not be taken into account. As I do not have the right to have my mobile with me at work and that she did not leave a message I was not aware of this cancellation. Usually treatwell sends me an email to let me know but that time nothing. What happened?! I am highly disappointed as I had to organize myself for this appointment and I had to pay for the parking for nothing. You need to treat your customers better!!
