Really dissapointed, had an okay experience the first time at this salon. However the second time, I told the therapist the wax was too hot 4 times, I was wincing and saying "ow" when the was was being put it and it was brushed over. My skin still hurts. Both times my hair has been snapped and hair has been left - they didn't go in with tweezers for the ones missed. Both times it felt quite rushed. Unfortunately won't be back.

My eyelashes look fantastic and it was nice and easy to get an appointment. Really happy with the level of care and attention I received throughout the appointment too.

Everything was lovely. Massage chair during pedicure and feet look normal again.
