Never before have I had such a painful Brazilian wax. It was painful at the time and is still painful 2 days later. My skin is now red, bruised, cut and blistered. The therapist was very friendly but I definitely wouldn’t recommend the treatment and definitely won’t be going back. Very disappointing.

As I arrived the door was locked and no one was on reception or answering the phone (you could see through the glass doors) after about 6/7 mins someone comes but I was literally ready to leave thinking they’re closed. so I said to the woman why is the door locked? She was sooo rude, had the most attitude and said “because I had to go to the toilet!” She leads me to the room (really small but really nice) anyway so we then get into an argument because she’s telling me I had an attitude when I came in and I said well to be honest, if you know when I’m gonna arrive you should be here I literally thought the salon was shut. She then said “yes because I went for a poo! We all do it!” I literally looked at her in disbelief and said ok did you really just say that? Anyway she begins doing my leg wax, and it was literally the worst! I said I wouldn’t pay £2 for the way you’re doing this. (My legs were so hairy and I couldn’t feel any pain it was slap dash at its finest!) I said ok none of the hairs are even coming out because you’re doing it that fast. She said don’t worry, you don’t have to pay. We ended up getting into an argument and she said ok can you go. Meanwhile when I’m getting changed (I was wearing a jump suit and you know that takes a week to put on!) she came in after about a minute (I’m standing there in my thong and bra) and she’s like can you hurry up and get out! On my way out I said this has literally been a joke! I think she could have been a nice woman and probs good at her job but she had the worst attitude and was so unprofessional. Won’t be returning let me tell you!
