I had a Brazilian wax at Into Beauty. I had a late appointment and was kept waiting outside for 10 minutes or so in the cold. I was slightly early but hoped to go inside and warm up but the doors were locked. I was let in at my appointment time, but my therapist came to get me 15 minutes later. The room was small but the therapist was very lovely and I enjoyed talking to her.
