I went for a facial 2 months before my wedding, and what a huge mistake. The facial was absolutely terrible. My skin was red and raw and massacred for a week, and next day I had dark sport and hyper pigmentation in all the places the specialist was doing extractions. My skin was in a good condition before, no breakouts, no scars, no hyper pigmentation, no redness... I went there mainly for blackhead extractions around my nose and extraction of one milia under my eye, that ended up looking like a huge bruise under my eye next day!!! and of course the milia was still there. I really don't understand how this place had such great revues, maybe it was the specialist I got... I am still dealing with the scars and hyper pigmentation they caused me, and breakouts around my jaw line... The owner refunded me my money when I sent her pictures of my face, and she offered free treatments to fix it, however I never accepted it. The customer service afterwards was good, but I will never step a foot there again even if they pay me.
