The masseuse was lovely and the massage was great. I was booked in for a 45 minute massage but arrived 5 minutes late as I could not find the venue (a bus driver had led me in the wrong direction). By the time I had got into the venue and undressed it was probably 8/9 minutes past the hour. The massage ended and I was fully dressed by again at 45 minutes past. I know I was late so I can't be too annoyed but I was disappointed that I paid for 45 minutes and got only 35 minutes. I work to a diary at work and my customers are often late but I don't let it affect the appointment. I just let the next appointment know that I am running a few minutes behind. The next appointment after me was at 7 so even if I was given an extra 5 minutes then I would have been out the room by 10 to which would have been enough time to put a new towel out for the next client. I do understand that I was 5 minutes late but it is frustrating when I have the same problems with my customers at work and I don't cut them short because it's not professional to do so.
