Tania at Glow With The Flow is amazing! I went in feeling bloated, sluggish, and constantly getting sore throats. I had no idea how much I needed a lymphatic drainage massage until I had one. She’s so knowledgeable and caring, making the whole experience super relaxing. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and the best part? My sore throat was gone the next day, and my bloating had gone down. I feel like my body hit reset, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much Tania!

Tania couldn’t be any more welcoming, friendly and professional. From the moment I entered the room I felt at ease. This was my first experience of having a lymphatic drainage massage and it will definitely be something I will be prioritising on a regular basis. The results blew my mind, I honestly didn’t expect to see such a change in my body shape. I felt less bloated and so relaxed afterwards.
