Fantastic service. Was asked exactly what I wanted multiple times and they kept checking up to ensure everything was okay. Was talked through every step of the process which was very reassuring. I have been in leeds 4 years now and I haven't managed to find a hairdresser I'm happy with, but today I found it! Thanks so much Intro Beauty, I'll certainly be back :)

Don’t recommend! Awful haircut, wasn’t what I asked for at all. staff appeared very preoccupied with selling other products to me as opposed to focusing on my haircut. My hair wash was freezing and hurt my head as they were quite rough. Although the staff tried to be friendly I found it hard to relax and wasn’t pleased at all with the end product.
