I've been visiting Intro for four or five months now (so obviously I like it a lot) and would recommend to anyone, especially for a last minute treatment. The beauty room downstairs had a revamp a couple of months ago; now has a clean aesthetic and feels very fresh. All the staff I've met are so friendly, and remember me despite only making a monthly appearance. I always get brilliant results, and somehow manage to have a laugh during a treatment that is well know to be painful- at best! The easy to find location opposite Hyde Park Pub makes it very student-friendly. Always looking forward to my next visit.
