I've been going to Konstantin for over a year now. My job was giving me periodic shoulder pain. After each session my shoulders felt great, and now following Konstantin's advice on exercise I rarely get any pain, I just go to keep everything 'ticking over', and because I enjoy our chats and the massages!

I recently had a sports massage with Konstantin, and it was an amazing experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to explain the cause of my pain and identifying other imbalances in my body. Even though my target area was specific, he worked on my whole body, ensuring a comprehensive approach. His person-centered style made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. I’ll definitely be returning regularly! Highly recommend.

Intuition Sports Massage is private studio located in Birmingham City Centre, B1 1QU, run by Konstantin, a level 3 qualified sports massage male therapist. Here you'll find a variety of tailored massage services and other remedial and holistic activities. A massage can benefit anyone, whether you're an office worker, on your feet all day or engaged in regular athletic activity.

Services Offered: sports massage, Swedish massage, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, IASTM, dry cupping, stretch therapy, manual lymphatic drainage ( suitable for post op clients and pre show bodybuilders) and waxing services.

Parking: Lonsdale House doesn’t offer onsite parking however a lot of parking opportunities available in the surroundings. Please plan your journey in advance.
Plenty of onroad parking on Marshall st, Gough st, Upper Gough st, Bath Row, Washington Street. Parking charges vary from £1.80-£4.00 PH, free after 6.00PM and on Sundays.
Local car parks: 27 Marshall St Parking, Chapmans Passage Car Park, NCP Birmingham Gough Street, JustPark Mailbox, NCP Birmingham New Street, NCP Birmingham Horsefair, 15 Sutton St. All of these are walking distance from Lonsdale house, prices vary per car park.
