It was my first time. I was made very welcome. Everything was explained clearly and set my expectations. Also any follow I had to do was clearly explained. Nothing was too much trouble. But the all the details were sent to me by text as well. In case I forgot anything.

I didn't even have my treatment. I had to knock because the door was locked and was knocking for 30 mins before someone came.
