I had my gel nail appointment initially on a Tuesday and by Thursday, they were cracked and one had chipped. I phoned up and they got me the next available appointment to redo my nails which was great. Unfortunately, having had my nails done again for the second time, I won’t be returning to this salon. The nail polish is bumpy and speckly (like the colour has separated and is two tone which is not what the initial colour looked like) I didn’t get an apology about the first set of nails either.

Molly was really lovely and very knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions with the utmost patience. My treatment was very pleasant but more importantly the results were amazing, I was so pleased. Also which was quite an attractive point was that although I had an experienced clinician the cost of treatment was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone to go for a Consultaion with Molly. I have already booked to go back.

I went in for a microdermabrasion facial and a bikini wax booked through the Treatwell app. I chose that facial as it was part of an offer and was at £39 instead of £89, but was surprised to find out when I arrived that the machine was faulty and I would be receiving a dermaplaning instead (disappointing as the dermaplaning itself costs £30). The wax was great but during the facial I was never explained anything and felt uncomfortable to say the least.

Molly is professional and friendly. She certainly knows her profession and enjoys carrying out the treatments. I feel like a million dollars after a visit to Molly.
