A Blow dry means using a dryer to style the hair. If a stylist wants to use a straightener, they should ask first before doing a complete rough dry - especially if the hair is curly as this causes a lot of frizz. Straighteners seriously flattens the hair. If a straightener was suitable I would have easily done this myself at home, no need to come to a salon. I don’t think I was seen by Ioanna but by somebody else from Rebel Cuts. Treatwell has asked for feedback & this is my honest feedback

The stylist didn’t look at my hair before it was washed or ask what style I wanted it blow dried
