Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I was hoping for a few subtle highlights on my dark brown hair, hence the half head, and it ended up almost entirely mousy brown. It’s horrendous :( Ioanna didn’t explain that she would be bleaching it, didn’t explain how it would affect my hair or aftercare, didn’t mention they would be charging extra (that was insult to injury). I was there 2 1/2 hours, no tea or water, no magazine, no chat. And I had to point out the haircut was wonky.

The venue was ideally located near Oxford Circus Tube Station. Saloon was clean and welcoming and Ilana amazing!

I am really fussy about hairdressers and have been to many in my time because of this but finally I have an amazing one! Ioanna is the best hairdresser I've ever had and has an infectious, positive energy. She is incredibly skilled and knows exactly what to do to suit you. Amazing customer service (she recognised me even though I had only been once and it was over a year ago due to Covid), cannot recommend enough. Will be back again soon!
