Appointment was cancelled due to illness which of course can happen and wasn’t a problem! Was a week before contacted again and offered a complimentary massage which I added onto another appointment I had booked to turn upto the salon being closed!!

Booked facial using a prepaid voucher,went to my app to find the shutters down and the salon closes, tried calling and texting but seems my numbers been blocked! Had another appointment booked before this and was cancelled last min due to illness which of course can happen but having to sort child care twice for it to be wasted isn’t ideal. Why do these vouchers if you you can’t honour them
