Location is lovely
The nail varnish that was used on my nails came straight off so went back in and got them redone (free of charge) but a couple of hours later the majority of the varnish came off after trying on some jeans in a shop

The treatments with Helen are good and the countryside location is nice. However the actual venue was a let down for a spa day as it’s like doing a spa day at a local gym- unfortunately the facilities were not cleaned often enough, the toilets do not flush properly, the bikes in spin class were tired/broken, and there is limited access to the pool due to lessons. Also no scones with afternoon tea :(. We left relaxed but slightly disappointed.
