My Wife had reflexology and a neck/ shoulder massage with Helen!. She felt amazing afterwards especially as helped with the pregnancy headaches!. Thank you Helen!.. Lovely setting with great gym and spa facilities!. Definitely recommend a visit!.

Helen was very welcoming. I had a neck and back massage which was wonderful. I am actually a member at Liscombe Energie Club but this was the first time I'd seen Helen. The massage was excellent value for money, as compared to the price I would pay for a massage elsewhere, so I will definitely be booking with Helen again.

Massage was great, Helen obviously knows what she is doing. Unfortunately the venue left a lot to be desired -the spa looked beautiful but was absolutely filthy, there were only 3 loungers by the freezing cold pool which we couldn't use until 12 due to classes (although Helen did provide a relaxation area with upright chairs, though only 2 seats if nail treatment in progress and we booked as a party of 3) no heating, no staff around so unable to order drinks apart from when I went into the staff room to find someone, and there were building works in reception. The massage was excellent but I won't be going back to those facilities.
