Ira was extremely lovely and welcoming. She talked me through the whole process at each step and kept me well informed. She did a really good job on my lashes. Only reason its not 5 stars is you can hear the noise of the main salon and the lights are quite bright which can make you twitchy! Also she uses microtape instead of pads which can be a bit more abrasive, but thats just personal preference! Im sure ill be back for my infills.
