Irina gave me the very best Hollywood wax I have had, ever - and has bagged herself a new regular client. She was professional, minimised pain by using hot wax rather than strips and doing it well so no areas had to be redone, went the extra mile and removed hairs that weren’t out yet or ingrown with tweezers and communicated about what she was doing and warned me about any momentary discomfort for specific areas or tricky hairs as she went. I didn’t realise that waxing could have such high standards and Irina out performed.
