Very very disorganised there system double booked me and had to change booking times a lot. The facial wasn’t good at all, and they over charged. They say on the website that the facial is 60 mins but it not. It is only 30-40 mins, but they use the extra 20 mins for you get undressed and and dressed. There isn’t many products used but a lot stem, which for the most part isn’t needed. It’s over price for what it is, and your skin feels the same after works.

Gel manicure started chipping and fading at the tips within a couple of days of the appointment, which is incredibly disappointing given how expensive the manicure was
