A really lovely experience to share with my daughter whilst visiting her in London. The salon is so chic - warm, welcoming and friendly yet very professional. We were all delighted with our nails and the opportunity to sit and relax with a drink or a very professionally prepared coffee was just the icing on the cake. All in all an experience not to be missed.

Every single member of staff are super welcoming and enthusiastic about their job, and truly pay attention to all details & make you feel looked after. Even though I wanted Nergis to do my nails as last time they were perfect, Amanda and Emily who ended up doing them were equally excellent! P.S. The matcha latte was delicious. THANK YOU ALL <3

Nicely decorated venue, but I was given the wrong type of wax (Hollywood instead of Brazilian), despite confirming my preferred style with the therapist before she started the treatment. When I pointed out the mistake, my therapist explained she was on autopilot after a whole day of doing Hollywoods, which didn’t really inspire confidence. The whole experience was quite jarring and I left feeling disappointed.
