Staff very friendly, welcoming and professional, great atmosphere with the bar on entry, very trendy in styling and clean. My facial was super relaxing and thorough - skin felt amazing after! The only comment being that sometimes it’s helpful to have a bit more commentary on the process and understanding of the creams/techniques being used along the way.
