Why bother booking?
My weekends are precious so I booked a slot on a Saturday. Turned up 10 minutes early and was told by a woman stood platting a child's hair to come back in half an hour as she was busy! Went shopping came back after 35 mins and low and behold was told to sit and wait as my hairdresser wasn't quite ready yet.
I left and went somewhere else. Poor service.

I have been going to Iris since it opened and I have never been disappointed. I recommended it to my daughters and they go there too. They always take such care, discussing everytime what I would like and how my hair has been. They are so friendly but professional. Am always offered a coffee which comes with little biscuits! They use great products and my hair is always shining when I leave. I also like the massage chairs at the basin and the great scalp massage. Can thoroughly recommend the salon.
Charlie always listens to what I want and I've always walked away 100% happy. I've been going to the salon for about four years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My hair has been all sorts of lengths and styles and Charlie has done a great job every time.
