Irma is the most professional and empathetic beautician I have ever experienced.
I have been seeing Irma in London for almost five years now, I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
She is precise and always so lovely - I look forward to seeing her even if wax is not the best thing to look forward to!

I've been going to Irma for my waxing for almost a year now. I keep returning because she is extremely thorough, quick, patient and friendly. She makes me feel 100% comfortable also. This is extremely important for me, as I haven't always felt this from previous wax technicians. She has also demonstrated her knowledge and expertise on skin by recommending products for my ingrown hairs and skin pigmentation. Her service is outstanding and professional. I recommend her 100%!😊

Definitely my go to person for waxing. She is so thorough and always make sure I’m comfortable.
I’ve been to so many people in the past and she is the only person that gives me the most minimal pain and she’s fast too.

Quick and painless. The Therapist Irma who waxed me was very professional and friendly at the same time. She got every last hair so I don’t have to worry about any new or existing growth for a while. Best place for waxing. Super happy with the results and would definitely recommend 10/10 thank you.
