Irmina was very welcoming and helpful. I use a walking aid and offered to help me with the stairs. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel relaxed. Strongly recommend her services.

Irmina is so quick and efficient. The results are great and she always makes me feel so comfortable. I can’t say a wax is ever painless but Irmina makes it so much more bearable and honestly the least painful wax I have ever had! Would never go anywhere else. 10/10.
