I arrived at the venue on time and it was closed. I called the beautician and they hadn't seen my booking online.

The technician made me wait 20 minutes for my prescheduled appointment while she finished her friend's nails. I was the only one in the salon. There was no music playing, just dead silence. The technician did not speak English and did not seem to know how to do a pedicure - she kept calling another person to ask them questions about products. I will not be returning.
